With a back label that is largely just marketing guff, I can’t even tell you what varieties went into this. It’s well written marketing guff, but a little detail would go a long way…
A coppery salmon colour, this has a carefully ‘made’ nose that is aromatically lifted (clever yeast selection) over a palate that is full of sweet sherbety flavours that but up against some but also dominated by very prominent acidity. Can’t get past the acid on this drier rose really, and it all looks ultimately disjointed.
Drink: 2013-2014
Score: 15/20 84/100
Would I buy it? No.
